Under the visionary leadership of our founder, Gislain Marcel Ibariza, who brings over 35 years of business leadership experience, DECOMAX has built a seamless, end-to-end capability spanning localized manufacturing, precision structural engineering, and complete turnkey construction.
We manufacture our high-performance EPS panels directly at our state-of-the-art facility in Musanze, Burera Sector, Northern Province. From our head office in Kigali, we coordinate and deliver projects to clients across 10+ districts in Rwanda and the wider East African region, including Uganda, Tanzania, and Kenya.
Every DECOMAX project is fully backed by an expert 15+ member in-house structural engineering team and over 200 skilled technicians trained through our own rigorous in-house development programme.
